Leaseholderguide.com is being designed so that customers can use the public information, eligibility check, questionnaire and report journey with a keyboard, screen reader or zoomed display.

You can navigate by keyboard, use the skip link, enlarge text and open the buying questions without a mouse. Layouts adapt to smaller screens, and motion is reduced when your device requests it.

If you encounter a barrier, email enquiries@leaseholderguide.com with the page, the problem and the format you need. Do not include private report links. We will discuss a suitable alternative. PDF documents and external payment interfaces may have additional accessibility limitations; screen-reader and assistive-technology testing remains part of release acceptance.

This service is still in development and has not completed its formal accessibility audit. Known issues and a contact route for accessible alternatives will be published before launch.
